Steamed some crab, did a crawfish boil, and over cooked some shrimp.

Shrimp are U12's.

Dead one

Well my foodie friends & family know I have been hankering for crabs & shrimp for over a month now. These pictures didn't help that Hoosier craving.

Is that sprayer a show room model doesn't look like it has been in the fields.

Jaxson, we weren't that crazy about the blue crab. The work/reward ratio was not good enough for us, and they weren't too crazy about the "mustard".

A friend just told me not to do big shrimp this way. He said they just get too tough too quick. Smaller would be better, he's from St. Pete so I take his advise.

The crawfish are "money". Wife isn't real crazy about them, but the kids and I sure like them.

The sprayer needed a bath bad, had been fertilizing.

That John Deere sprayer was used in the tomato fields that they ate in their salads before the boil was done.

Capt. I hear ya on the blue crab being some work but boy it is rewarding when ya dig it out.
