Ok please no Taco Bell my abuelita would turn over in her grave.

My number one of all time if I had to eat just one thing before I died.

Chicharrones with limon and chile sauce. Chased with a ice cold pilsner.
Authentic not those foam puffs from a plastic bag:

Its so damn good I want to cry

Authentic Mexican burritos like I had in Mexico. Beef but no ground beef allowed. Made fresh from scratch everyday.

Huevos Rancheros.

(I tell a joke in Spanish about ordering breakfast and the punch line is: Por favor, un ranchero con dos huevos).

I love a really good chile relleno. I like very little breading, with just a little crunch and a good quality cheese. It is hard to find a place that serves a perfect chile relleno.
