I can't compete with some of the weird stuff, but we New Englanders ate the Saturday night baked beans with bacon and eggs on Sunday for breakfast. It's a great combination, which nobody seems to have heard of.

Ice cream and wasabi peas.

You guys seriously have to try this - the tangy hotness of the wasabi adds kick to the cool, sweet ice cream. Recommended flavors are caramel swirl or vanilla chocolate chip. It always works best if you choose a flavor with a vanilla base and that only has one mix-in (for example, Moose Tracks doesn't work).

(I have to get vegan or lactose-free ice cream, but the concept is the same...also works with a good frozen yogurt.)
