My favorite food in the world is Brazilian. Its so good. Brazil being a big country has many different regions and the cuisine varies by region. The biggest food regions would be the south with its world famous Churrasco, which puts American grilling to shame, and the Northeast with its seafood dishes in spicy sauces. What do you all prefer?

Give me either. Love the Afro-Bahian stuff and other Brazilian stuff from the Northeast:vatapá, carurú, efó, acarajé, munguzá, abará, xinxim, moqueca.......the words themselves are making me really hungry!

But I also love the southern churrasco gaúcho. There's a lot to be said for grilling that's done with scientific precision.

The food I like best is from southeast like Minas Gerais, Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro like feijoada, moqueca capixaba, couve, frango com quiabo, pao de queijo, Paulista-style Italian food, etc.

Second best would be southern churrasco.

Hey, I'm from Northeastern Brazil and I like churrasco too!

The best food in the world is churrasco (picanha) accompanied with "baião de dois", a typical dish from the state of Ceara, in the Northeast!
