I had some vegetarian friends over so I made-
mashed sweet potatoes with a little butter and maple syrup
aspargus, squash, and zucchini with olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper - roasted in the oven
a sort of tofu lasagna/napolean type thing with onions, garlic, squash, zucchini, mushrooms (button, portobella, and shiitake), and spinach with a red wine sauce
and chocolate chocolate chip cake for dessert

Grilled some roast beef sandwiches on bread and my daughter made chocolate pudding for dessert.

Made from scratch baked beans, cole slaw, and pulled pork that I will start in the crockpot, finish on the grill, then shred and put back into the crockpot with beer and homemade bbq sauce.

Oyster po' boys, handcut french fries, sliced tomatoes, lettuce wedge w/ blue cheese dressing(homemade), banana pudding ice cream.

Seeing as how I always make enough food for a hundred even if there are only 4 people- I will be eating leftovers! It was good last night - I'm sure it will be just as good tonight!
