A sort of crock pot soup that I made from last year's leftover "putting up" vegetables. I have fresh frozen green beans, sweet corn, tomatoes, and okra. I added diced chicken breast, onion, carrots, bell pepper, dried pinto beans, rice, and homemade chicken stock. I'll add the spinach when I get home this evening.

That's not totally true. I've been turning 35 for the last 10 years, actually. Because, really, I'm definitely NOT 45. Nope. No way. Impossible. And I'm sticking to that.

So, I am making a pork roast baked with kraut and potatoes.
DH has been hungry for fish so he's baking up some Talapia tongiht. It's marinating right now in his "special marinade". I will make long grain and wild rice , sliced tomatoes, green beans and cut up watermelon to go with it!
