Chicken breasts marinated in Dale's (low sodium) and oven broiled, taters & vidalia onions, pinto beans, green beans, cornbread.

Maybe some cole slaw or macaroni salad with S W E E T pickles!

Tonight: some really fine food. Eye of round roast (I carved two center-cut large slices, medium-to-medium well), horseradish sauce, cheesy loaded mashed potatoes (which include chives, bacon bits, sour cream, and sharp cheddar cheese), and creamed spinach. It's all been washed down with a cold bottle of Ozarka spring water.
