They are!

I've been buying Nathan's onion rings, they're battered and would do a NJ road house proud

Tonight was seared sea scallops in sweet chili ginger sauce over rice, sugar snaps and cold beer, took minutes plus cooking the rice, I really don't understand people who don't cook

Easy night, nothing overwhelming.

I stopped at the mini mart on the way home from night school to pick up some beer, and lo and behold, EVERYTHING in the hot case was half price. I scooped up some pizza sticks, taquitos, and bean 'n cheese burritos for a healthy dinner. Just could not beat the price.

OK we actually ended up at Chick-fil-a eating their Spicy chicken sandwiches. Waffle fries and drinks and the Gbaby played in the game room.

Ended up making baked Rosemary chicken with wine last night for dinner. It turned out good. Using fresh Rosemary from the garden is wonderful! The wine was the perfect added touch!
Not to sure about tonight yet but will post that later today.

Dinner party tonight...

Appetizers:
- Flatbread that I'll cut up and bake to crunchy -- to be dipped in tzaziki
- Cheese platter (brie, Dubliner, etc...)

Salad:
- Mixed greens, grape tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, feta cheese, kalamata olives, with lemon/oil/oregano dressing

Main course:
- Tenderloin and filet mignon on the grill
- Chicken sausages (with red peppers and spinach "built in") on the grill
- Salmon filets on the grill
- Shrimp (boiled unless there's room on the grill)
- Scallops (broiled with a bit of olive oil, salt, and pepper)
- Roasted potatoes (herb recipe on the Recipes board)
- Asparagus lightly brushed with olive oil, and lightly broiled

We're just four people -- that sounds like WAY too much food. Let me read that list again. Nah, there's no such thing as too much food. We're good.

Dessert:
- LEMONADE PIE!!!!!!! (if it's still in the freezer after this long, hot day )
- Fresh pineapple
