Umm, I work in a fine restaurant and today was our father's day lunch..
I took home some extra prime rib cuts, put them in a pan with Hamburger Helper stroganoff mix, and then added garlic+herb seasoning, buffalo sauce, and Cajun spices..

We'll see how it turns out


(I have a really tough digestive system)

Edit: added a few pieces of Pepper Jack cheese.. my concoction is delicious but tastes similar to...drumroll...

I've been a slacker lately with cooking, busy at work

Made up for it a bit tonight, made a risotto with peas, porcini, and sliced sweet/hot Italian sausage. With a nice Spanish red it was a nice finish to the weekend.

Tonight is baked chicken thighs with a side of alfredo over mixed veggies and angel hair pasta.

Steaks off the grill, twice baked potatoes, steamed aspargus, seven layer salad, and onion rings.
