Fried pork chops, roasted veggies (small white potatoes, all kinds of summer squash), and cut up watermelon. I have never tried pesto roasted veggies so maybe I'll give that a try!

We've been without power since a storm rolled through on Friday, So I'm for sure cooking something nice and warm.
