Fried pork chops, roasted veggies (small white potatoes, all kinds of summer squash), and cut up watermelon. I have never tried pesto roasted veggies so maybe I'll give that a try!
Country style pork spare ribs with mashed potatoes and some beautiful pan summer squash for dinner tonight! Back to volunteer at the humane society for our animal spay neuter clinic. Yesterday we had 56 animals we took in so today we have to give those 56 animals back to their anxious owners and then wash cages. Washing cages is not my favorite thing to do especially in this heat but it's for the animals and somebody has to do it.....

We're having Pork with Thai peanut sauce (my version, since I haven't unearthed all my cookbooks since I moved), rice and corn.
