Good question! I like them nice and crunchy, but not to fragile ( you know, you try to scoop a little dip, and the chip break and stays inside the dip
I also like them baked. But so far I didn't found any brand/kind that would really please me ...

Any kind of kettle cooked, which doesn't use canola oil (nasty tasting), with sea salt.

Wavey Lays are the perfect dip chip.........

All in all I can eat any kind on plain potato chip......some of the generic brands I have to avoid. They can be very salty and greasy.

Anyone ever heard of Mike Sells brand?

If you have that brand in your area, can you tell me what city you're in?

I know MS is located in Dayton..........I was just curious to see where else it is.

NEver heard of Mike Sells, must be local to your area - I like Cape Cod Russet (dark brown, it comes in various flavors, vinegar/salt, onion, kettle, 3 cheese and I think a lite version etc). Actually the Eatsmart ones (by Snyder) aren't bad, somewhat healthy I like to think (potato, tomato & spinach), not quite as damaging as some of the others <G>, the old standbys Lays and Wise are pretty good too (prefer the rippled)
