If your local (think small, not Starbucks) coffee shop/restaurant carried one inexpensive retail item, what would you buy? (Chocolate, an organic treat, greeting cards, jewelry, funny bumper stickers...?)

Food of some kind, to go with the coffee. A lot sell travel mugs, which is handy, but I don't think I've ever bought them.
Though I guess if they really wanted to do something different, maybe have some small "featured" items from coffee-producing countries. For example, say the coffee of the month is from Colombia, there could be some small Colombian knickknacks (jewelery, boxes, etc) for sale. Just pair up with a place like Ten Thousand Villages and go all "fair trade" out.
Utterly random but I'd buy one, but only if it were made of wood.
I'd love to see pretty petit fours or other desserts in miniature. La Madeleine sells these baby-sized minis of their regular desserts and it's the perfect amount for one person. I love sweets but a restaurant portion is too big and too many calories. I need just a taste!
Beer. Sorry, the only time I drink coffee is after first waking up. If I was at a coffee shop in the morning though, I'd just want water. I'll save the beer for later in the day.
Oh, btw, a neat business idea for your small coffee shop...put out games and chess boards, etc.
