Isn't chocolate covered bacon delicious?!

I talked with an owner of a candy shoppe that makes chocolate covered bacon and she told me that she uses a recipe from the Food Network. I think she said she used a special type of milk chocolate. I imagine that if you aren't going to sell it, any type of milk chocolate would do. Just make sure the bacon is good and dry. The grease would ruin the chocolate for sure.
