Funny this came up, Grandma asked me before why I bought Iodized salt and not regular..
I said I dunno... I really didnt..

she said the extra iron while not alot is not needed for her medication...
I hope it dont affect it

Kosher salt for me. It's highly unlikely you even need to buy iodized salt unless you live in a third world country.
