I'm going to go and second this. For part of our trip we were on a boat where the captain's wife cooked for us. Some of the best food I've ever had! I'm actually trying to replicate some of the vegetables tonight.....we'll see how it goes...
Freshly-caught red snapper (Huachinango) on the beach (BEFORE it was developed and overbuilt) in Zihua. Corona, lime, and fresh hot seafood, the beach, the sun, the sand, my favorite relative...Ah the memories.
Home made from scratch burritos in Mexico while staying in a private home where every meal was scratch made.
