Considering how much information you gave, I'm taking it you assume all Fords of every year have the same bumper. Have you tried your local salvage yard?

I don't know what the OP is looking for, but many of the large Ford dealerships sell OEM parts at a discount online. I've had good luck with the folks at Tasca Ford.
