Put offer on a Homepath home listing agent came back with offer, we accepted now were waiting for disclosure from asset manager, been comming up on 2 weeks. Are procedures closing on a Homepath house typically slower?

Fannie Mae is notoriously slow. Each asset manager has about 300 properties the are handling. I've seen quicker response in terms of getting under contract, but everything else was amazingly slow along the way.
