Interesting judgement.

Turns out if a Bank takes Federal bailout taxpayer money, that promised to use it to modify mortgages, and then doesn't.

Is in breach of law, and is liable to the taxpayer. Pain and suffering included.

Does the judge that wrote that judgement actually have a law degree? Very poorly written, mostly based on his bias. Wouldn't be surprised if this is overturned in a higher court.

That was horribly written. It is just a motion to dismiss the case not a summary judgment or anything. Denying the motion just means that the case goes forward. That was an embarrassment to good judges everywhere. I think it is an intriguing angle that the plantiff's attorney is taking and worth exploring in a court of law, but egads...the judge has to do better than that in response to a motion.
