There is no perfect website out there for foreclosures. My best recommendation would be to find an agent who really knows the foreclosure market well and ask them for a weekly list! I update foreclosure lists daily for Maryland and Virginia so that whenever anyone wants the information, I have it on hand. I also email the list out each week to 40-50 people who request the constant update, and it keeps everyone in the loop that way.
Realtytrac doesn't appear to be reliable. What are the best sites for foreclosures?
I joined realtytrac for a total of one day. didn't get much more information than I had found on my own. FYI, when i went to cancel the trial i noticed in the teeny tiny extra fine print you must give them 5 days notice. so glad I cancelled that day and didn't wait until a day or two before the 7 day trial period was over. Oh I have yet to find a good, reliable foreclosure website. good luck and if you find one please post it.

I've never signed up for any of the web-based, e-mail, etc. services. I've exclusively obtained my information from the county courthouse, and from brokers -- who specialize in this marketplace, who have "relationships" with banks, who know specific situations, etc. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
Depending on where you live you may or may not be able to get daily lists. Salem Metro is too small for many of those services. I can a weekly list from a local title company. They just email it to me.
Check with a local title company and ask to get on their notice of default email list.
Free Foreclosure listings
Foreclosure listings directory and property buyers and sellers information.
This site lists out a bunch of sites. It's free and has no registration.
Before you actually buy a repo. Don't get so excited with the price that you overlook the true cost when you take repairs and carrying cost into consideration.
