In my 3rd month of trial modification payments my bank sent me a copy of a title search showing liens I needed to have removed which I did. At the end of the report it stated: THE MORTGAGE OF RECORD IS NOT IN YOUR BANKS NAME
Does that mean if my Deed Of Trust indicates the Benificiary/Lender is for example Wells Fargo that that is not the bank recorded on my mortgage, and if that is correct where would I find that information?
