I think we had one that took 9 months with Fannie Mae. It needed a new roof and there were all these liens on the property that took a while to get cleared.

In a case like that do you have to pay the daily fee for going past closing date
Ok repairs are done and we were almost done....now I heard they messed up doing title work and has to be started over agian.....something about how the state of michigan changed how to get affidavit of affixture.
2 to 4 more weeks......I don't know how much more of this I can take.....my realtor said he was gonna ask for consesions for my time but not sure what he could get.....
So...did you ever close? That's a lot of hassle just to buy a mobile home, which is not the best of investments.
