Hi, my spouse and self are looking to buy a place in Springdale area and forty mile radius. We don’t know much about the area he just started a local truck driving job after being OTR driver for over ten years. We currently own a place on GrandLake in Grove Oklahoma. We are looking to sell our place and purchase in Springdale area we prefer out in country small one acre or less two bedroom two bathroom we are fine with mobile home would really like to have garage.. our price range is around 100.000 give or take would certainly be interested in trade or possibly rent to own…til we get our home here in Grove sold…looking for suggestions appreciate your taking time to read this!
