That's too bad, but if you can come up with $5400 for a rental, why didn't you just use that money as a down payment on a house, and have someplace where you don't have to move again unless you want to? There's a hell of a lot of good real estate deals out there now.

During the farm crisis of the 80's, our local paper did an article about a young farm couple who bought a farm on CFD with a low down payment, steep interest, and steep payments.

4 years of busting their tales and never missing a payment, they find out the farm is being foreclosed cuz the guy they bought it from wasn't making his payments.

They were out of luck and had no legal recourse ( according to the paper )
