Thanks! We've been busy cleaning and prepping to paint. Each time I go to the house, I'm happier and happier with it. It took a long time to get, but I think we'll be very happy with it once we move in. I still almost can't believe that we finally have our house.

Just over a month to close a short sale? Good work! Was there more than 1 loan on the property? Any other liens/hassles? Other offers on the same house? And sorry but where is Palm Coast?

Congrats, I have the same feelings on "finally" moving into our new house. Short sale also, but took 5 months to close. BOA, end of story.

You are to be commended. Some of us wonder if it can happen, so it is very nice to hear that these transactions can be completed. I am zero for three at this point and about to submit an offer for a foreclosed ( bank owned) property that we are somewhat more hopeful on ! Best of Luck.
