Short Sale/Foreclosure Listings (agent, sales, properties, Realtor)

I am looking to buy in Orange County, CA. Maybe Long Beach. But I was wondering where to look for Short Sales and Foreclosures. I know short sales take a long time to get answers and what not, but I am not in a hurry.
Can you impart any advice, even if it's just about short sales and foreclosures in general? Thank you.

If you do a search in this forum for "short sale" and "foreclosure", you should get a lot of info. For finding properties, suggest you talk to a local agent that can set up an MLS search for the type of home you want.

Thanks I'll do that. I just saw a Realtor for Orange County. I think I'll pm him.

I agree that a Realtor would be your best bet. They would have the latest listings as they get updated in the MLS. Many sites would continue listing the homes after they sold. We have the ability to do custom searches to narrow it down to your exact needs.
