Hello, I am new to the area and we have started a Managed Services IT business but are stuck on how to do the selling/marketing. We are catering to small business and residential and don't know what the rules are for direct mail campaigns etc. Are there any?

Also, does this area have a need that bring big city technology to the rural areas at a competitive price?

Thanks for all your guidance.

Patty

As far as IT is concerned I would stick to the west side of I-25, and don't bother with Greeley, Greeley will not pay what the market value of IT professional can bring to the table. Fort Collins, Loveland, Longmont and Boulder in general have a better understanding of what a professional IT person can bring to the table and small business owners there have more funds to work with as the economy in those cities are far better than Greeley or any city east of I-25.

Now if you were in the agriculture or industrial segment where your fee was $10.00 to $13.00/hr I would say Greeley, and any city east of I-25 would have plenty of work for you.

Just my thoughts.
