I was wondering if Fort Collins have any 2 bedroom apartments between $700-$750? Or are they normally higher than that?

From what I saw when I was looking, you should be able to find what you're looking for. Ever try looking around the Poudre Valley Hospital area? In Loveland, there are quite a few nice duplexes behind Safeway on Wilson (across Wilson from K-Mart). Good luck!

try padmapper.com

if you're coming here for the university, they might have a housing assistance service

Depending on where in FoCo you are interested in living, it can expensive and difficult to find rentals. My husband and I rent a 2 bed/1 bath condo with w/d near CSU for $850/month. The rental market is a nightmare--especially if you hope to rent in the summer. You are competing with all the college students.

There is probably more available (and cheaper) the further you are away from Old Town--either in South or North Fort Collins. But, then you aren't getting a lot of the benefits of the city (in my opinion). We are a little more than 2 miles to Old Town and love biking there. In fact, my husband commutes by bike.

We were so put off by the rental market here that we decided to buy a house so we don't have to go through the process again. FYI--Absolute WORST time to look is July.
