Per the listing agent, here is the the utility information for a home currently listed in Loveland.

Home is a 3 bed, 2 bath 1216 square foot ranch style home on .21 acres with a nice yard and it was built in 1979. Home has a crawl space and forced air heating with no air conditioning.

Electric and Gas service are provided by Xcel Energy. In the past 12 months, the highest bill was $170, the lowest was $60, and the bills averaged $95 per month.

For this particular home on the north edge of town, water is provided by the Fort Collins / Loveland Water District. In much of the rest of town, the water is provided by the City of Loveland. In the past 12 months, the highest water bill was $30.32, the lowest was $14.82, and the average monthly water bill was $18.40.

I do not have current trash or sewer rates on hand, and the listing agent did not provide those for this home.

Good luck in your search,
Mike Weber

My water and sewer charges for an average size lot inFort Collins averages over $100 per month During summer due to watering the grass. Much lower during the non-summer months.
