Old Town North neighborhood (Center: renting, home, live in)

Hi there, can anyone share there thoughts on the Old Town North neighborhood? Specifically, along Cajetan Street. My wife and I are considering renting a single family home there and wanted to get your thoughts. Thanks so much.

What would you like to know?

That's a fairly new development. You're close to Old Town shopping from there. You're also very close to the Poudre bike trail, the Poudre river, the Museum of Discovery and the Aztlan Center. You could easily bike to any of those places. (You could probably walk, also. I walk along the Poudre bike trail over there fairly often.)

I live in the old part of Old Town, so it's pretty different than the area you're looking at. But you're still close to a lot of the same amenities.
