I have a friend coming in town for her birthday this week, and I thought it would be fun to take a pedicab/rickshaw type thing to a couple of breweries. There would be 3 of us in total.

Does Fort Collins have such a service? My Google searches aren't coming up with much. I saw a service called Dream Team Pedicabs, but their website doesn't work and I can't tell if they're still in business.

If anyone has a great suggestion, please let me know!

Many thanks.

There are pedicabs in old town, but I doubt they go all the out to many of the breweries, some of them are quite a ways out of old town for someone to pull a 3 people on a pedicab.

Most people use cabs or cars to go out to the breweries, and then use pedicabs to get from one end of old town to the other.

Try this: http://www.myhandlebar.com/ Basically it's a big "barcycle" that everybody helps pedal to the different breweries. You can't drink while pedaling, but I think they'd like to get a license for that someday. No rickshaws, though - you have to go to Calcutta for that (LOL).

For that authentic Western experience, I like a bronco, myself. The kind that bucks of course, not the SUV.

That's funny, we have something very similar here in Bend, OR (another microbrew small city). However, you can only drink while pedaling. Once it stops, you have to stop drinking.

Fun responses - thanks!

The big 7-person bike such as the ones from MyHandleBar or Septacycles won't work, as there are only 3 of us.

I decided to just check out some funky cruisers from the Fort Collins Bike Library (what an awesome resource!), and we'll decorate my friend's bike with balloons and streamers. If you see us on Thursday afternoon, say hi!
