Hello and thank you for any assistance shared in this forum.

My wife and I own a financial planning practice in the Phoenix area, and we have clients in the Denver metro area. During our 2013 Denver business trips, we visited Ft. Collins twice and found that we "love" the area. Fortunately, we can work from any location with internet access and cell service. We love the mountains and are planning to escape the summer heat of Phoenix from July - September, 2014.

We are seeking to identify potential options for a three month rental and would appreciate any assistance, guidance or advice. I'm a retired Detective from a law enforcement agency in Los Angeles. We are quiet, conservative and interested in finding a rental location that fits our quiet and conservative nature.

We are particularly interested in the Southeast area of Ft. Collins...close to the freeway, shopping, dining and the 24Hr Fitness gym.

Any thoughts or suggestions on a particular short-term apartment, condo, townhome or home rental option? Thank you!

For short term rentals, you might contact Carousel Properties or check out Vacation Rentals By Owner.

Mike:

Thank you for your reply. I have sent an initial inquiry to Carousal Properties. I will be sure to let them know you referred us to their office.

Best regards, Don
