That's a very broad question! What aspects are you interested in? A quick run-down... Loveland and Windsor are highest COL, Greeley is lowest. Loveland is easiest access to the mountains. Loveland and Greeley are closest to Denver. Windsor is generally very white collar and conservative, Greeley is the most diverse. Windsor is the smallest, Fort Collins is the biggest. Fort Collins is a quintessential college town with all the pros and cons that entails. Greeley is also a college town, but it's less integrated in to the day-to-day life of the average resident there. Fort Collins has a thriving restaurant scene, Loveland and Greeley are probably tied next and I'd rate Windsor last. Does any of that help?

OP notes being from Loveland, so... what is the point?

As mentioned. NONE are best in every point.

Readers will each have different needs and interests (Schools / employment / HC / public transportation / CoL...)

For retirement (OP situation) I prefer Loveland or a few parts of Greeley (Only if you need lower cost / more medical)

"Best" is way too broad of a word to mean anything in this context. The votes as to "best" will likely be as varied as people are varied. Based on any particular criteria, any one of the towns could win as best.

How about including other towns in the state (and even around the country) in the list? That might show a move away from the towns listed above. All the towns listed above in the poll share similar problems.
