Heatheridge is an older complex with a nice setting and landscaping, located just west of Stone Creek. In recent years, they have re-done the exteriors, but the units are individually owned, so the interiors will vary. The complex is near CSU and may have a higher concentration of undergrad students than properties farther from campus.

The area near the stadium is a pretty large area. There is a mixture of properties, from well kept to unsightly. These include duplexes, four-plexes, single family and a couple of condo complexes. I live near there, and like the location from the standpoint of having quick access to the mountains for mountain biking, hiking, and camping. Campus and Old Town are reasonably easy access, as are groceries, but other services (shopping and dinindg) and the interstate (and therefore Denver) are not as convenient.

I'm moving to Fort Collins for a new job it just me and a small dog and my work is close to old town (I'm in my late 40's). I'm looking for a upscale apartment (nice finishes and amenities) with a garage. I found a place in Loveland that looks nice but would prefer to be closer to work. Any suggestions?
