What would be the best way to get to Denver from Fort Collins and back using the transit system on a daily basis - buses, trains, shuttles, etc.? I have job prospects in Denver and will probably move in a few months. For now, I think I'll try the public transit system.

You essentially have one option.

You might also look into the vanpool option.

Thanks! I think this will have to do.

I would reconsider doing that commute, whether it be transit or driving, on a daily basis. It takes at least an hour driving, and from the looks of that schedule 1:40, but this doesn't take into consideration the gridlock on I-25 during rush hour times.

I'm okay with a long multi-hour commute. I used to take two different one hour trains to my old place of employment in another city. Gives me a lot of time to read, write, and relax.
Thanks for the response, though.

I am presently not able to drive so I think that invalidates this option for the time being.
Thanks for responding. I'll definitely look into it if my situation changes.

Another question: What's the best way to get to DIA from Fort Collins? I'm thinking the Bustang from FoCo to Denver Union Station and the rail to DIA. Anyone know of a better way? Uber's a final option if I get lost along the way. It's been known to happen.
