I was reading about the smoking ban in Colorado and also read about the cigar/tobacco shops/bars that would still be allowed to have smoking. Can you tell me if there are any of these shops/bars in Loveland or Fort Collins? Thank you!

AFAIK the closest recognized cigar-tobacco bar is in Boulder, otherwise look to Denver. There are some bars that continue to violate the law and simply opt to pay the fines when caught; such places probably don't advertise too widely about their policies.

Note that, for some reason, hookah lounges seem to be in a different category. There are two operating in Fort Collins, for now.
