Hello everyone! I live in California and decided to move out due to cost of living and the fear of the Big One ( I just hate not to do anything about it and knowing that it's coming). I've read that FC is the best place and is very family friendly. I have some questions and I am hoping that you will be able to help me out so that I will be able to make my final decision.

Here are my questions:

1. Would it be good to open up a Taekwondo School in FC? I am running a very successful school here and I wanted to know if it is feasible for me to open one in FC or any surrounding area.

2. Does FC residents travel to Denver to work?

3. Is Fort Collins a "bedroom community?

4. Where in FC you can consider a middle to middle-upper class community?

Your input will be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!

Not for sure if it would be successful or not. There are many schools like that in the area, both Loveland and Fort Collins. It would definately take some work to get up and going.

2. Does FC residents travel to Denver to work?

Yes there are many people that travel to Denver for work. I however would not do that. I25 is very busy and it is a long drive during the morning and evening rush hours. Plus when it snows travel is horrible.

3. Is Fort Collins a "bedroom community?

No I would not consider Fort Collins a bedroom community. We have many large companies in the area that provide jobs. People consider Greeley more of a bedroom comunity than FC.

4. Where in FC you can consider a middle to middle-upper class community?

There are many communities in FC that would be considered this. Too many to mention.
