Hello -

We are set to move to Ft Collins this summer (provided we sell our home in COS) and we are in need of a terrific, low-pressure, knowledgeable realtor who know the Ft Collins area very well. We have worked with some really great realtors through the years and want to continue our streak with this next move.

We have quite a few questions, especially with selecting the best neighborhood.

Thanks,
Rick

RICK! Not necessary that you put that in your post, that's what Moderators are for. Eat a crabcake for me before you leave Charm City!

Meanwhile, I hope all of our realtor friends here on C-D have seen the FAQ we wrote to keep them out of trouble on C-D.
