Can anyone tell me of any good studio or 1 bedroom apartments in Greeley. I am relocating and want a decent, safe area to live in. Not a college student so don't have to be close to UNC. Would prefer one with utilities paid just to simplify my move.

Shannonx, look in the T-Bone Ranch area. There are 4 different condo/apartment complexes there that are nice to live in. The are is in West Greeley (away from campus) right off Hwy 34 & 47th Ave. There is a pretty good mix of retired, young couples and yes, even some college that live in that area, but it is peaceful and fairly quite there. Also, right across the street from Safeway, Target, Kohl's, Subway, Qdoba, etc.

I would suggest you just go drive around and look for "For Rent" signs in windows.
