My wife and I are relocating to Fort Collins within the next month and are looking for leads on reputable agencies to rent a house from. Any feedback on specific agencies that you may have used would be great!

Thanks!

I did look through it but I was hoping to find an agency more than an individual. Thanks though.

I'd be curious about agencies, also. We are making a family visit/scouting trip in January to get a feel for the area.

Should I get any leads on places I will post here. I would rather deal with an agency as we will pretty much be moving blind and I feel a reputable agency is less likely to rent a dud, sight unseen, than an individual.

Well I only have experience with Henderson Property Management (in Loveland) but I am not sure if they operate in Fort Collins.

Considering how they treated my parents as landlords and how badly the property was damaged, I can't speak very highly of them.

I have interviewed Rocky Mountain Property Management (again in Loveland) and they seemed to be very professional.

Hope that helps.

That's exactly what I'm looking for, positive and negative reviews of agencies to check out or avoid. Thank you!
