i am confused the casino is in hollywood but when i put the zipcode in to search online for reeal estate 33314 it says davies. are there any reasonable houses to buy near the seminole casino isnt davies horse zoned.

Yes..... stay south of Griffin, north of Stirling, west of the turnpike and east of Davie Rd, you'll be very close by but in a nice neighborhood with reasonably priced houses. North of Griffin, west of the turnpike is really an area you want to try to stay out of.

funny...

also, the area I described is actually East Davie. All of Davie is zoned for horses if you have a lot larger than an acre. There is a mixture of lot sizes in the neighborhood I described.
