Looking from the perspective of a future employee (teacher).....salary, benefits, Florida Retirement System, morale, etc.

My kids all graduated from that school. I have never worked there though. I do not think that teachers there are part of the FL Retirement system though.

My ex is a teacher at an Imagine school, the pay is abysmal and was far below even the starting pay for a county teacher. She seemed content with the job, though she wasn't very ambitious so hard to know about moral with other teachers. I believe they just had a 401(k) so you don't get a nice pension or anything of the sort. The health benefits were decent.

If you need to make a decent living and want a good retirement, you probably don't want to deal with an Imagine Schools job.
