We will be staying in Century Village in Deerfield (mil's condo). I'm happy there is a Cheesecake Factory because i have a gift card and have never been! We are coming from Connecticut and the last time we were there was 10 years ago.

my folks live in deerfield... and whenever i get a chance i roll on over to the olympia flame diner on federal for breakfast (just south of the corner of federal and hillsboro). spinach and feta omlettes there are great.

muddy waters on hillsboro (relatively close to century village) is a nice dinner spot, also. great drink specials too.

Cool On The Beach

Well right accross the street anyway....at the corner of Fort Lauderdale Beach blvd and Auramar..my wife and I stay at the Hilton and eat at this place most morning..breakfast for 2 with the built in tip - always added to your bill with the tax - is less than $15...there is plenty of parking around especially at breakfast time..much less as day goes on..

I do not remember the name..but if you are going to the beach for the day..it will be worth the stop..
