I am looking to buy a townhouse in Coral Springs. The neighborhood is Coral Springs Drive / Wiles Rd. Is this a nice neighborhood to live? I am single and don't have kids. I understood Coral Springs is a nice city to live although its a bit far from the beaches. Please advise me

Where are you moving from?? If possible, I'd advise you to rent before you jump in and buy something.. That way you can see if you like the area, the distance to the beach, the traffic, etc. Good luck!

I live in Coral Springs and I love it! It's centrally located, easy access to the turnpike, 95 and sawgrass expressway, not far from the beach at all!!!! It takes me about 25 min to the beach, I hardly consider that a long drive! Plus, on hurricane season you don't have to stress for being so close to the water and have to evacuate. To me it's the perfect area

I think Coral Springs is a nice area. I lived at The Park at Turtle Run...Wiles and SR 7 area. If you like calm and not too busy you will do fine. I think if your looking for night life though...you will have to travel a little bit.

I agree .. for some reason Coral Springs takes a beating from many posters here ... but overall it is a very nice safe area to live in with many nice parks , shopping , restaurants and other amenities ... yes it has a few rough areas .. which city does not ... but it also has some very upscale lovely neighborhoods and developments . My only real gripe if I was just starting out with a family would be the schools which are not very good .
