Hello,
I am looking at investment property of Villas at Lakeview Condo at 5200 Nw 31st Av Fort Lauderdale FL 33309, how is that area, good and safe?

Ehhh. A mixed bag. Not the safest of nicest area. But not the worst either. Its right near the Executive Airport.

I'm very familiar with the area. It's marginal. The western Palm Aire area of McNab is decent but slipping. The airport isn't really the problem, rather the proximity to seedy SR 7/441.

I would also reconsider a condo if you are an investor. Many condos have rules about how often you can rent your unit out and retain power to reject your tenants. You are better off with a duplex or single family home where you can retain control over your tenants.
