2019 sunrise lakes prices seem so cheap compared to other places. Also seem to be lots for sale and not selling quick. Assoc fees around 350 to 380 seems normal now and days fro a a2 bedroom. So whats the catch something has got to be off on these places cause they are not moving well and priced so much lower than other areas.

My mom retired 5 years ago to Sunrise Lakes IV. Her condo is a 2/2 1300 sq ft corner unit. The living room screened in patio looks out at the golf course. We have visited twice a year every year since she moved and we approve of the building, landscaping, maintenance and amenities. Her neighbors are very friendly and nice to us when we visit.

My mom is originally from Haiti, worked as a nurse for over 30 yrs in Cambridge, Jamaica Plain and Boston. The last time we visited, we rented a BMW (the biggest one) and parked it in guest parking with no issues. There is security at the gate and he doesn't just let you pass. We once forgot the key pass and he phoned my mom just to make sure.

There is so much to do in the area. We like taking my mom to Gigi's Jazz Cafe, our daughter to Rebounderz, Markham Park, The mall and the various water parks in the area.

We love the area so much, we are considering a move ourselves. We will focus on West Sunrise, the North section, Welleby, Woodmont/Woodlands/West End of Tamarac and Coral Springs.
