My ex-roomate had an apartment in Coral Springs until he found out his upstairs neighbor was a drug dealer with a warrant. Bad people can be found anywhere and violence follows them.

above poster...true. This could happen anywhere. I think CS is still quite a safe place.

I think some of us are getting carried away here ... I am from Tampa and this happens all the time there , the company I work for our corporate offices are in Atlanta and this type of crime is standard news in Atlanta ... my brother lives in Raleigh , NC which was his panacea for Florida for many years and this is common there as well .... by the way after three years in Raleigh he is bored stiff and want's to get back to the west coast of Florida !!

It is silly to ASSume that this only occurs in South Florida ... some of my fellow posters need to realize this . Coral Springs is still a nice and safe place to live IMO

That's precisely the point. It is, STILL, a nice and safe place to live. But for how long?

TO BE, OR NOT TO BE, that is the question! :-)
