ruski-

Why do you even post on here? You have nothing but negative things to say about South FL. Do you even live here?

wiseman99s-

To answer your question- Weston, Cooper City, Pembroke Pines, Davie, Sunrise, Coral Springs, Parkland, and Southwest Ranches are all good areas to look in. They were western suburbs of Fort Lauderdale and are all in Broward County. The eastern suburbs are closer to the beach, but are generally older development, older housing stocks, and pricier. Also, the schools in the eastern suburbs aren't as good.

When did I ever post anything negative about South Florida? You can haz mistaken identity? Barking up the wrong tree?

I think the only negative thing I ever posted was about all the left lane hogs. I have to use high-beams probably 20 times every day to scare these people out of left lane.

yeah, ruski definitely has a pet peeve with people who drive slow in the left lane! And, he lives in Weston and always has positive things to say about it.

And I don't rag on other areas either. But I do have a Weston bias.

I was just clowning a little when I suggested San Diego to someone from Colorado and wants warm weather year round. It is closer to Colorado and is warm year round.
