Hello everyone,

I have been posting a few questions regarding Fort Lauderdale, and will finally be making my move at the end of July/beginning of August, where I will be working at my new job.

I was wondering if anyone knew of a condo complex that has an attached garage for around $1000 month that is either a 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom?

I have a motorcycle and am afraid of leaving in outside, unless there is a place for me to secure it.

I hope you can point me in the right direction.

Best wishes,

Chris

You would have better luck and many options if you look at private Townhouse rentals probably. Also what specific area would help as well.

Thanks for your reply.

I'd like to live close to the Pine Crest School, where I would be working. How would I go about finding private town homes?

If you search on Realtor.com for rentals, most of those rentals (at least in my experience) are privately owned townhomes/condos/single family homes, and you can search with the option of a carport, garage, 2 car garage, etc. I'm in a similar situation - looking for a townhome or condo with attached garage to rent. I will, however, tell you that a $1000 budget is going to make it difficult, but there ARE places out there, you just have to look for them.

Good luck!

Maybe ask at the school maybe they can help. Not sure too much about that specific neighborhood. Above advice is good way to research. Also newspaper or realtor. Should not be too hard to find as there are many investors that rent TH with garages.
