My wife and I are looking for a 4 BR 3 Bath house with a pool in Weston. Our Budget is $475 K. We are looking for a 2400+ SF house and would also like a decent size Patio. Gated Community and house built after 1995 is must.

Since I have to drive to South of Kendall for work I want to avoid North West part of Weston. I am basically looking for Easy Access to I-75 through the Royal Palm or Griffin Exit. Currently I am renting in Pembroke Pines. After some research I found out that the following Communities will be suitable for me and also fit my Budget: The Ridges, Isles At Weston, Weston Hills Country Club and The Islands.

I would really appreciate if I could get some insight about the above mentioned communities. Thanks in advance!

Ruski, so do you think I can get a decent size house within by budget..Also I am inclined towards The Ridges because I loved driving through it and also feel my commute to South Miami will much easier..Do you think it is good decision..?

You can, if you look for short sales. Mine was 5BR/4Bath with a huge pool and oversized yard (could have built 3 more large pools on the lot). Asked a little more than what you are talking about, sold for a little less. That was in Savanna, which is still pretty convenient for commute to Doral/Kendal via Route 27 - I commuted to Doral for 3 years.
