Looking for information about the new development, Artesia, in Sunrise. What do you like/dislike about living there? OR do you know someone who lives there and if they like/dislike it.

I don't live there but have visited the sub-division. Location is nice, they are newly build and offer a good value for the money... Tons of amenities and activities, you won't get bored, and if you do... just cross the road and you are at Sawgrass Mall where you can shop till you drop or just hang out at the bars, restaurants and movies.

Never been inside, but it looks great outside. I wonder what the school options are there.

The original plans for it showed a lot of nice amenities, not sure how they ended up when built out, because they came along at the tail end of the bubble and were probably "value engineered" somewhat.

However, the builder Minto Group has a very good reputation.
